Impact Teen Drivers is dedicated to developing, promoting, and facilitating education grounded in evidence and strategies to save lives and reduce injuries and fatalities caused by reckless and distracted driving, including efforts focused on bicyclists, pedestrians, and micromobility safety.
Vision
Our vision is to foster a widespread culture shift among teens and their influencers, where reckless and distracted transportation, including driving, riding, bicycling, walking, and other micromobility, are unequivocally recognized as unacceptable behaviors and outside the social norm. Through consistent and impactful education efforts, teens, parents, and community members will develop a profound understanding of the correlation between poor decisions and crashes, and wise choices and safer roadways whether as drivers, passengers, bicyclists, or pedestrians. We firmly believe that this transformative shift in culture and mindset will substantially decrease the number of school age students and their influencers injured and killed due to reckless and distracted driving.
