Lead the Leaders is a peer-to-peer leadership program that equips teen leaders to become advocates for safer driving in their own schools and communities. Impact Teen Drivers understands that teens often listen most closely to their peers, and this program harnesses that power to create positive change. Lead the Leaders is about building confidence, communication skills, and leadership that extends beyond the classroom, empowering teens to be champions of a safer roadway culture.
